12.19 Sat - Dinner
My mother left for a funeral today (to San Francisco and then a road trip to Modesto) so my sisters and I had to cook for ourselves. Being their indecisive selves, they planned on making 10 dishes before finally settling on Chicken Alfredo (which they always seem to settle on).
I think they’ve mastered the art of it this time around and I’ve figured out the best method for the perfect garlic bread - George Foreman grill in the deep dish plate. It cooks it slowly and the bottom gets toasted to a light golden brown. The top is perfectly moist and the bottom is so crunchy. Ah, Heaven.
